Thanksgiving Thursday 2015, NFL Games

On Thanksgiving Thursday October 27th, there will be three games held.

Eagles vs. Lions
Both teams are the losing teams, Eagles are 4-6 and the Lions are 3-7, but the lions beat the Packers. I think the Lions are going to win because the Eagles offensive line isn't that good and the running backs aren't going to be productive. Like Demarco Murray. He got traded from the Cowboys and he hasn't been a superstar ever since. And also, because of Sam Bradford's injury(again), Mark Sanchez is playing and he is like the interception king. This is when Tim Tebow would have came to place but they cut him before the regular season ever even started. Their defence is also a mess, but getting better. The Lions started aweful this year, but somehow won three games, including the victory against the Packers. Matthew Stafford isn't really good this year. Some games, he was good, some games, he was bad. But in the last three Thanksgiving games he was on, he threw for at least 330 yards, so he might do well. Also, if you have him on your fantasy team and you don't have those very good elite QBs, you might want to start him.

Panthers vs. Cowboys
The Panthers are undefeated with a 10-0 record, tied in the NFL with the Patriots. Cam Newton has been very good this season and is in the talk of being the MVP. He is also a double threat, can pass and run. He studied the Cowboys' film until 2am on monday. And the Cowboys cornerback Morris Clairborne is missing the game due to a hamstring strain. The Cowbys will start Byron Jones at cornerback. But Jones might not be able to guard Panthers tight end Greg Olsen. Jones has guarded Gronkowski and Graham but Grag Olsen leads the panthers with 48 receptions for 718 yards. Other safeties in the Cowboys can't guard him so Greg Olsen might be the star. And if you have him on your fantasy team, you might want to start him. But the Cowboys might also win, they have Tony Romo Back and he was 3-0 this season. But he got injured so they started Brandon Weedon and Matt Cassel. Weedon and Cassel combined had a 0-7 record this season. Tony romo is undefeated in his starts, and might beat the Panthers. It will be hard to beat the Panthers because they are 10-0, Dez Bryant is not 100% healed from foot injury, and their defence might no hold the Panthers. We'll just see who wins.

Bears vs. Packers
The Packers, I bet, will win. Since Jay Cutler joined the Bears in 2009, he has thrown at least an interception against the Packers. Although he has Matt Forte and Alshon Jeffery, they won't be able to beat the Packers. The Bears are 4-6, which is the loing side and the Packers are 7-3, which is the winning side. I think Aaron Rodgers will be productive and the Packers' defence will also be productive.

Does the Cowboys Still Have a Chance of Making The Playoffs?

Tony Romo will be back for week 11 in the NFL, will they do good enough to go advance to the playoffs?

After losing to the Buccaneers in week 10, the cowboys are 2-7. They have little hope in getting in to the playoffs. After Tony Romo got an injury, they were 2-0. They first started Brandon Weeden. But that didn't work so they started Matt Cassel.

Like the game against the Giants when he started. He threw some good passes to Dez Bryant at the last minute, but they just couldn't score. And also the game against the Bucs, they were winning 6-3. But the Buccaneers scored when there was one minute left in the 4th quarter. So the Cowboys ran it, threw it, they spiked it to stop the clock. They did a long pass to Dez Bryant and it was a decent ball. If Dez Bryant gave some more effort and reached out to catch the ball, they could have won. But instead, the Bucs intercepted it.

But they still have a little hope. They can still go to the playoffs with a record of 9-7. They can make the wild card. They got Tony Romo back to play. If they try harder, they can be the America's Team like they used to be. They just can't lose, unless other teams do worse. So, can they make the playoffs? They have hope.
