Tom Brady and the Deflated Balls (Deflategate)

Tom Brady and the Deflated Balls (Deflategate)

The Patriots found Deflating Balls at the AFC Championship (Deflategate)

The New England Patriots starting quarterback Tom Brady has been reported "cheater" in the NFL playoffs. The Patriots deflated the balls before the AFC Conference championship (The Deflategate) against the Indianapolis Colts to Tom Brady's desire. And when the kickoff began, the Colts muffed the ball. The Patriots eventually won 45-7, big score. And it had really upset the Colts. At half time, the officials checked the balls' PSI and 11 out of 12 of them were more than two pounds per square inch. And there was an anonymous videotaping of the equipment assistant going into the restroom with 24 balls for 90 seconds. Also, when the Colts linebacker D'Qwell Jackson intercepted a Tom Brady pass, he kept the ball as a souvenir. The ball was found Deflated. I think it was certainly deflated by the Patriots and they Cheated.

Why did they cheat? Simply, to win and go to the Super Bowl. They wanted Tom Brady to get another championship ring and make Tom Brady 1 away from the Super Bowl MVP record, Joe Montana. Even though he won, he still got another thing for cheating, consequences.

But the Patriots still won the Super Bowl XLIX against the Seahawks with the normally inflated game balls. But it's not fair the Colts. The consequence, I think, is harsh but fair. Others call it too firm. But the people like me call it firm but fair. Tom Brady is an outstanding athlete. He has many records. He is: a 4 time Super Bowl Champion, 3 time Super Bowl MVP, 10 Pro Bowler, and led the Patriots to more Division Titles than any other Quarterbacks in NFL History. Brady also is the only Quarterback in NFL history to lead his team to 6 Super Bowls. He and Joe Montana are the only 2 players in NFL history to win a Super Bowl MVP and NFL MVP multiple times. He was the NFL MVP 2 times and has the record for the most total Super Bowl touchdowns. He was the number 1 player in the NFL after the 2010 season and he was the first ever player to throw 50 or more touchdowns in a season. He also set the most consecutive passes without an interception: 358. He has the record for the highest season touchdown to interception ratio among the people who started a full season, at 9:1. He went to the University of Michigan and was drafted in the 6th round of the 2000 draft, 199 overall pick. He is 5th in the all-time list for career passing and career touchdown passes. He helped set the record for the most consecutive wins, at 21, and had a undefeated season.

He is such a great athlete that he shouldn't have done that and I think the Patriots would have still won  even when the balls were normal. The team has such great athletes. Like their receivers, they are a great combo. I'm not saying that the Colts are bad, they are good. It's just that the Patriots are better.

Excuses, Excuses, Excuses. Wanted to Deflate its "body weight"

Tom Brady received a 4 game suspension, so backup Jimmy Garoppolo will have to play. The Patriots were fined $1 million and lost their 1st round pick in the 2016 draft and their 4th round pick in the 2017 draft. The patriots also suspended the locker room attendant Jim McNally and the equipment assistant John Jastremski. Them two have been texting each other about deflating the balls. Even John McNally called himself "the Deflator" while texting! The Patriots said he was talking about his weight, which doesn't even make sense.

The Patriots will have to work hard to have a good record with its backup for Tom Brady and they should be careful about what they're doing. If it's legal, they can do it. Other teams did cheat, past, present, and more in the future. There were a lot of cheating in the NFL. Everyone should know what they are doing before even doing something.
